Karl Lee is Broker/Owner of Realty World Results Pros, a boutique realty brokerage with $265.7 Million in transactions over the past five years. This eight year old firm has represented clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in Milpitas and Burlingame. In 2002 and 2003, the Silicon Valley Business Journal ranked Realty World Results Pros among the Most Productive Residential Real Estate Firms in Silicon Valley. Karl is actively engaged in the industry and the community. He is Vice President of the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS (SCCAOR), representing almost 8,000 REALTORS. He chairs the SCCAOR Foundation; and represents SCCAOR on the Board of "Don't Borrow Trouble - Silicon Valley" (DBTSV), a City of San Jose and Freddie Mac organized coalition of industry and consumer advocacy organizations dedicated to fighting predatory lending practices. DBTSV was instrumental in working with the City of San Jose in putting on a Foreclosure Prevention Fair where lenders modified loans for distressed borrowers. SCCAOR awarded Karl "REALTOR of the Year" for 2006 and "Volunteer of the Year" for 2005. As a Director for the California Association of REALTORS, he served as Vice Chair of the Taxation Committee and Regional Liaision to the Housing Affordability Fund Committee. He is also the Immediate Past President of the Chinese-American Real Estate Association. Realty World - Northern California & Nevada named Karl "Broker of the Year" for 2006. San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed and the City Council appointed Karl to "Envision San Jose 2040", the City's General Plan Task Force charged with recommending to the City Council how San Jose should plan for Land Use over the next 30+ years, including Housing, Jobs, Transportation and Open Space issues. Karl has thirteen years Corporate Finance experience in the banking industry, prior to becoming a REALTOR in 1999.
